Sudrania Fund Services Rebrands As Formidium

We are very excited to announce the rebranding of our company, Sudrania Fund Services, as Formidium.

Your feedback has been instrumental in this next phase of evolution, as we understood from your point of view what made us your first choice as a service provider, technology solution, or as a place to build your career. Formidium is the world’s first digital element – representing our formidable presence in the industry. The name pays homage to our rapid ascent as a top-25 fund administrator in just a few short years after signing our first client.

Formidium was created with a mission of solving the back office with technology. Rather than making incremental improvements to existing technology, our goal was to create something new, from the ground up; a cloud-based general ledger investment accounting system that could in time automate every aspect of the back office. As many of you know, we call this system Seamless Investment BackOffice^TM and it is currently capable of handling any asset class or strategy, from liquid alternatives to illiquid strategies, to digital assets, where we stand as a proud leader with over 600 funds.

Over the years, as your needs evolved, we built more tools. CommonSubDoc^TM , our investor onboarding platform with integrated AML/KYC and cap table management, uses CRM and digital signature technologies to streamline the process of investing. In integrating the subscription process with our systems, we ease the burden of marketing for you, the process of investment for your clients, and document processing for us: a win, win, win.

Our technology development is important to us. It is the ethos of our firm. Coupled with operational excellence, it is the reason Formidium Fund Services stands alone with the fastest NAV turnaround in the business. That is why we are more formally splitting our technology development and fund services businesses. On a standalone basis, Formidium Technologies would be a major player in the fund administration space, as the backbone for over 1000 unique funds across every asset class – with 600+ in digital assets alone. We believe it will be a critical software solution for the service provider community as well, from auditor to manager and everyone in between, cementing our reputation as problem-solvers for the community at large.

What You Should Expect in the Coming Weeks:

We will start using our new name, Formidium Corp. as well as our trade names Formidium Fund Services and Formidium Technologies effective immediately. Our website will transition to our new domain (www.formidium.com) and our email addresses will change to @formidium.com. Our current website as well as email addresses will redirect to the new domain. More importantly, we’ll replace our logo over the coming days with the new logo. Simultaneously, our international subsidiaries will also adopt the new name and brand. What is not changing is our commitment to excellence, our talented and committed professional services team, and our differentiated technology. The legal entities remain the same with the same tax identification numbers and other local registrations to reflect the new name. Our physical locations and phone numbers will remain the same.

If you are a client, don’t worry, we will do the heavy lifting. While we are getting a fresh new look, expect the same attention to detail and customer-centric focus as always. To that end, our relationship management team will be reaching out to every one of our clients to answer any questions about the change. Next week, you will start receiving email from our staff from a new address (@formidium.com). We recommend adding this domain to your safe senders’ list. Although our bank accounts will remain the same, the name on the account will change. You will see the instructions on the invoice as well as a separate communication from our Accounts Receivable staff.
